Yoga classes in London
Come and join me for a Hatha, Flow or a Restorative Yoga group class in Islington & Hampstead, or for a private class in person or online.
All ability levels welcome and my range of classes offers options for everybody, including yoga for beginners. The pace is moderate to medium, with opportunities to rest and also to challenge yourself - your yoga, your practice.
We move as a group, led by breath - the thread that ties our movements together and also differentiates yoga from other movement and exercise forms.
Class theme differs from week to week and I also incorporate other aspects of yoga alongside the popular physical expression of yoga (asana) - such as meditation, mudras (hand gestures), chakras, and philosophy.
