Come and join me for a Hatha Yoga via Zoom, group class, or a private class via Zoom.
All ability levels welcome and I offer options for everybody, including yoga for beginners. The pace is moderate to medium, with opportunities to rest and also to challenge yourself - your yoga, your practice.
We practice yoga led by breath - the thread that ties our movements together and also differentiates yoga from other movement and exercise forms.
Class focus differs from week to week and I also incorporate other aspects of yoga alongside the popular physical expression of yoga (asana) - such as meditation, mudras (hand gestures), chakras, and philosophy.
