Shelley is the best yoga teacher I have ever had! I've been practicing with her for 3 years and from class one I could feel her love for yoga and appreciated her ability to adapt her teaching style to all levels and needs. The biggest advancement in my practice, physically and energetically, came was when I started doing private classes with her. Shelley is dedicated, easy going and professional. Shelley has inspired me in my yoga journey since I joined her classes two years ago. I've tried many yoga teachers before her and I used to think that it was boring and not for me. I first met Shelley at my local gym, where I was taking her yoga class. I was sad about the previous teacher leaving as I built such a good relationship with her, and loved the way she taught. However, fortunately the feeling of restoration, peace and calm continues with Shelley's classes! So much so that I've now become an actual "Yogi" after nearly two years of Shelley's teachings. D.A

"I recently started attending Shelley's classes via Move GB & instantly felt comfortable with her way of teaching. Having battled with various health issues it was difficult to consistently stick to any exercise but was advised that yoga would be very beneficial in terms of physical & internal healing. I have only made a few classes as I'm still battling health issues but Shelley's calm disposition & well informed teaching method helped sway my decision to continue learning yoga from her now my Move GB membership has ended. She makes it very clear to listen to your body & do what you can manage & I really feel like I'm learning about why each yoga move is beneficial for the body.
